Patrick has worked in the youth and community sectors since 1987. He founded Impact in 2002 when he saw the need for a service that provides high quality support to children and young people in the OoHC sector. 

 

Patrick was also the American Association of Children Residential Centers' first International Advisor from 2015 to 2021
