Founder and CEO
Patrick has worked in the youth and community sectors since 1987. He founded Impact in 2002 when he saw the need for a service that provides high quality support to children and young people in the OoHC sector.
Patrick is also the American Association of Children Residential Centers' first International Advisor.
Hugo Madrid is a dedicated professional with 22 years of experience in the field, offering a comprehensive academic and work background in the field of child protection, OOHC, social services and psychology. Hugo has extensive experience in developing therapeutic practice across a wide spectrum of service models. He strongly believes that considerate contract management coupled with evidence-based therapeutic care leads to strong and ethical growth potential.
As Managing Director of Impact, his current focus is on extending the reach of our therapeutic services to those of regional communities by working in partnership with community leaders to design and implement services that cater to the specific needs of people in that specific region.
Jacinta has worked with Impact since 2011. She has a Bachelor's degree in Behavioural Studies (Psychology) from Swinburne University of Tech, and is completing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at Charles Sturt University.
